- Standard Free Delivery: 3 – 5 Working Days, you will be called after 2 working days to book a delivery slot with the haulier.
- Express Delivery: 1- 2 working days, if you order before noon this will be processed on the same day, meaning it is more liekly to be a “Next Day” service.
Full Pallet: 18 Tonne Lorry
Three Quarter Pallet: 7.5 Tonne Lorry
Half Pallet: 7.5 Tonne Lorry
Log Crate: 7.5 Tonne Lorry
Deliveries are made using a pump truck. This service is classed as Kerbside delivery.
For insurance reasons the delivery drive cannot unload into your property e.g. the garage.
When you book in your delivery you will choose the best day for you, if you cannot guarantee you’re in the haulier will leave the pallet where they deem to be safe, however, if you are unhappy with where they have left the pallet they will not return to move it…so ideally add as many notes as possible when ordering or make sure you’re available.
We deliver using tail lifts and pump trucks- no Hiabs needed!
The pellets will be offloaded from the delivery vehicle for you! Although we can’t stack and load them into your boiler or stable…sorry!
