EN Plus A1 Certified

Our wood pellets meet the highest quality standards in the industry, all being En Plus A1 certified. This certification guarantees that our wood pellets have a clean and efficient burn that reduces emissions. We guarantee the minimum BTU calorific output is 4.8 kWh and have independent test results to confirm these figures as well as our own internal 8 step wood pellet inspection process.

Choosing wood pellets over fossil fuels significantly reduces your carbon footprint, helping to combat climate change. We are also a vertically integrated company managing all aspects of the process from harvesting to replanting. Having our own haulage fleet helps us minimise transportation of timber and products direct from the source to the end user. This also helps keep the structural integrity of our wood pellets and minimise the dust content, improving the burn rate, improves efficiency and quality of the product as well as being better for your auger.

Efficient Production

Our wood pellet production plant is powered using renewable energy produced by our own CHP Biomass boiler. This is powered with byproduct from the site clearance and harvesting work that SDL Solutions undertake. Our production process is designed to minimise waste and energy consumption, further reducing our environmental impact. Any additional energy that’s produced that we don’t use is put back into the grid supporting a greener future.

Sustainable Packaging

All of the materials we use in our production process is 100% recyclable. From the wooden pallets, to the bags that our sustainable wood pellets are wrapped in.
